All information presented here is without warranty express or implied and is merely opinion. You should contact legal counsel or law enforcement to proceed legally against any article canceler or accessory.

These hackers are getting away with their activities because their victims are not bothering to file legal complaints.

It is important to remember that the individuals that are removing other peoples articles from public newsgroups have no authority whatsoever to do so. It is like a street gang deciding that they own a particular alley and then deciding who they will or will not allow there.
For example, we have the handful of net trash who feel that they own Florida.

It is important to be aware that if companies like Sprint, UUNet, IAG.NET etc were not supporting these trash, then they could not continue to remove people's articles at whim. Since they have been repeatedly notified, I believe that it is safe to consider them legal accessories in any legal action that you would undertake. Repeated complaints have been filed with the FBI against fdma.com, but with no results so far. Your complaint could be the one to make the difference! I believe that it will take civil or criminal action to close these trash down once and for all.

You can look at the path of the cancel message and see who is feeding the trash site that canceled your article. For example the megalith trash are generally feeding into sprint, uunet or iag.net.

If you see 207.100.79.55 at the end of the path that is the trash at gil.net who is canceling articles.

It is our hope that the cancel evidence provided here will be helpful to you in any action that you undertake. Sure some of these cancels are spam being canceled; but a whole bunch of them are not, and are evidence of malicious net trash who wish to dominate and control public newsgroups according to their whim and fancy.

For example, if the path on your cancel says on the end:

news.iag.net!fdma.com!cyberspam!usenet

Then that means that the known trash site iag.net is publishing the cancels for fdma.com and you should consider iag.net a willing accessory with fdma.com in any legal complaint that you might file, and you can also complain to them directly, as well as the ISP for fdma.com

If the path of the cancel was authentic and ended with:

!news-peer.sprintlink.net!megalith.miami.fl.us!cyberspam!usenet

Then you would know that it was the megalith trash being assisted by US Sprint who canceled your article>

Here is some contact information for some of the more notorious sites that are either issuing cancels or supporting the trash who do.

A trace route for the malicious trash megalith.miami.fl.us yields the following:
