I know some of you will not believe that some of things could happen to human being without mercy, by the merciless village chiefs of this world in order to a Pease their gods. But it is real!!!

I boarded a bus to Arusha on 25th, and arrived in Tanazania in the afternoon, I found one of the Tanzanian pastor waiting for me, so that we can travel together  to moshi for the seminar.

We arrived in moshi in the evening, we found our host pastor waiting to receive us, and he took us to his house, for supper and then escorted us to the guest house where he booked a room for us. His house could not accommondate more than his family.

In the morning, we started a 5 miles journey from moshi, to the church in the slopes of mt Kilimanjaro, the largest mountain in Africa and the second in the world. in a small village called URU.


                                            URU VILLAGE

Uru village is situated in the M t Kilimanjaro slopes, which means it is in the bush with indigenous big trees, to get there you have to go downs and ups, it is a very beautiful place I have ever visited, very quite, a lot of bananas plantation. it is just beautiful .
This village is widely feared by many people due to their witchcrafts practices, you can imagine 95% of this village has a direct contact with witchcrafts, Before the Tanzania got freedom. The elders of  this village used to sacrifice child-male and child female alive to gods for their protection and security, the practice that ended when the first president was elected, but the they remained with the highest level of witchcrafts.

                                                 URU AND THE RELIGION
They are strong believers of themselves and the gods of the mountain, they could not accept any other form of worship rather than the one they knew, of sacrificing children and animals to gods.

The first religion to get there was a Roman catholic,  their missionaries were murdered, first then the Muslin tried and their sheik were also murdered so Uru remained without a church for many years, The catholic changed the styles in order to get them to Christianity, and eliminate those beliefs from them, so they went there with the Gospel of helping them with material things so they were accepted, they taught them that they can still pray to their gods and believe in another God who leaves in heaven, they can also take their alcohol without fear and attend the Catholic church, so it was easy for them to accept the Catholic. The Roman church built some churches, One day a new priest came to URU and heard the story of the witchcrafts in the Area he asked to be taken to one of the witchdoctor to pray for him, then he was taken, he took some candles and went to the home of the Witchdoctor and prayed, then he went back to the church …believe it or not. When he seat on the chair in the church the chair stuck at his back and it could not move or let him leave it ..Until the villagers elder went to the witch doctor and paid some homage to him so that he can command the chair to let the priest go free..
 When you mention Uru to the people, they will just look at you like a picture. This was told to me by the pastor who was born in this place ,that is his  home village, A man stole a cock and went  ahead to kill it and eat, the cock started  making noises in his stomach, until he went back and pay the hen at price the owner wished, bananas thief  was also tormented for several days in the banana’s garden he picked  a bunches of bananas and put it on her head then it stuck on head and lost the way out , so he wondered in the garden for few days without food  or sleep until the owner came to let her go. And so many other amazing stories


 The pastor who invited me people thought he is a witch doctor and that why he has no fear to start a Pentecostal church in this village, God uses him in big way he has even put a church structure in his home stead for the worship of Jesus Christ., I did baptize him in Jesus name before and he says since he was baptized in Jesus name H e got some extra power to preach this gospel in this village without fear though there is a lot of fear to the people the Lord is doing !! This is the first Pentecostal church in this Area!!

My Day One in this village

I preached the power of the name of Jesus. And the people were delivered from demonic sicknesses.

Day two

Preached the repentance and the remission of sins are in the name of Jesus, through baptism. Three people received the Holy Ghost during the preaching, including the Pastor’s mother who is a strong believer of the Roman Catholic faith, he had to excuse herself from her husband and used a different way to attend our service of which she was prohibited to do.

How to break the generational curses and repented the sins of the ancestors for them to be free from the fear inserted in them of spirit of dead ancestors

Amazingly, Jesus healed those were suffering from Generational curses instantly one person was healed, he was deaf, God healed him. see the picture of me and him in a blue shirt and tie.


                            Day three Sunday.

After the Sunday service which lasted for only  two hours in order to give us time  for the baptism, we ended the service and now ready to go and  do the baptism service. I asked the pastor where the venue is. he told me it is about three miles away !! ,I said it ok, how are we going to get there? By walking pastor said?  I paused Ok, what about those elderly saints and those who carries the babies and I can see some are yet to be born are they going to make it?


The pain started here in my heart, 27 people were ready to be baptism in Jesus name! but we had to baptize 15 those who could walk to the river, the church could not raise enough money to transport the others to the rivers neither did I because I even knew That I am going after being late for the seminar with two days……….it was painful to see people willing to be baptized left behind due to some limitations…see the pictures where people are just walking to the river in the bushes …I could not held back my tears. But I had no choice!! This remained me of the three people that Jesus talked about, the Priest, Levite who could not part with their time or money to save the poor man and the good Samaritan, I really wanted to disrupt my financial program to assist them to the river but I had none ……..I did want to put God in to test. But I just believed that God will do some thing for these saints to be baptized later. I know in the world people are no longer interested with others work, if you are not from their own org, they are not excited about the doings of the Lord! I am so excited about the Lord. Is doing!! and that why I could not held my tears back realizing the fact that they could be many people outside there willing to support  such a mission but they do know how to do it.

Finally I request prayers for me and this pastor he needs every support may be it prayers financial etc, to help this village, I have attached several pictures of my mission to TZ.
